Monthly Fee Schedule & School Hours 2011– 2012 Academic Year

School Hours

Extended Hours (5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. ) - ADD $65 per month (flat fee)

When you enroll your child, please return your application with cheques payable to CMS:

1. A deposit cheque equivalent to one month’s tuition (pre-payment for June, 2012).
2. NEW STUDENTS – registration fee of $250.00.

3. 9 post-dated cheques dated September 1, 2010 to May 1, 2012.
4. A copy of your child’s birth certificate & up-to-date immunization information.

Sixty days written notice is required in the event of early withdrawal from the school.

Returned Cheques & Late Fees - There is a $50.00 charge for handling returned cheques. If scheduled payments are more than 30 days in arrears, the school may not release academic records or may not permit the student to attend class.
